On 23 April 2026, Nicoletta Epaminonda delivered a training session on how to identify unauthorised products to Customs officials on behalf of a rightsholder. The training event was organised by REACT anti-counterfeiting network. Our office regularly delivers such training sessions to Customs on behalf of our clients, to strengthen our cooperation with the authorities and provide them with an opportunity to ask questions concerning the enforcement of rightsholders’ intellectual property rights.
