We are pleased to share that Nicoletta Epaminonda of our office participated as a panellist at the Seminar on Intellectual Property (IP) Enforcement: “Cooperation and Exchange of Information”, held on 12 March 2026 at the Crowne Plaza in Limassol.

Nicoletta represented the private sector in the panel discussion titled “Strengthening enforcement: Cooperation between the public and private sectors,” which brought together representatives from customs, the interagency for market control, and private sector stakeholders. The panel explored how IP enforcement is implemented in practice across the control chain — from border controls to the internal market — highlighting practical experiences, key challenges, and the crucial role of effective cooperation between authorities and private actors.

The seminar provided a valuable platform for dialogue and exchange of insights among stakeholders from both the public and private sectors working towards stronger and more effective IP enforcement.
